DIY COVID Kiosk

Positive-pressure chamber for safely collecting blood samples

This is a kiosk I built (with a carpenter's help) that maintains positive pressure inside to keep the technician safe while drawing a blood sample from a patient. The two green pipes provide airflow (both in and out) from far away, so that the technician is essentially breathing somewhere else while a patient is seated in front of him/her.

I've made sure that there are enough airflow changes per hour to keep it comfortable, and it's comfortable for one to sit inside too. It even has a battery to make sure that the airflow doesn't stop even in case of a power cut. This device is at Vachana Diagnostic Laboratory, Mysore, and I'll put up a guide on how to build this as soon as I can get back!
